Delighting You!

When I first started working with UOB Bank, I had a request from the head of the call centre to create and develop a training programme for them. I spent a solid week working on the plan for the content.

Originally, I was supposed to complete the project within two weeks. But within a week, I completed the training plan with the new design and approach. She liked the plan, which we implemented quickly, and she was delighted with the project.

In my experience, I have learned that I should have gotten a full understanding of what my learners needed before jumping into the project. Listening is extremely important, so I always make it a habit to listen carefully to what my learners need.
